THE OPPORTUNITY
We're seeking a Designer with Revit expertise to lead our design efforts across multiple projects. You'll work on everything from proposal drawings to full construction packages, collaborate directly with our sales and project management teams, and have the opportunity to influence how we approach design and technology.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Create professional Revit models and construction drawing packages
- Develop proposal drawings for sales presentations
- Manage the selection and specification process with clients and sales teams
- Explore and implement new design tools and technologies
- Collaborate with sales to ensure technical feasibility and client satisfaction
- Work on diverse projects including design-build, ground-up construction, and renovations
- Mentor future team members and document best practices
WHO YOU ARE
Essential:
- Advanced Revit skills and construction drawing experience
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Self-motivated and comfortable learning independently
- Excellent attention to detail
- Collaborative communication style
Ideal:
- Engineering or construction drafting background (associate degree or equivalent)
- Interest in emerging technologies and design innovation
- Design-build project experience
- Experience with agricultural or light commercial construction
