The Role We need a Construction Designer who can run Revit, manage full construction drawing packages, and work directly with our sales and project management teams. This isn't a traditional architecture role — we build practical structures and need someone who thinks like an engineer.
What You'll Do
- Build complete construction drawing packages in Revit
- Develop proposal drawings for sales presentations
- Work directly with sales and project management
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Help develop and maintain design standards
What We're Looking For
- Advanced Revit skills and construction drawing experience
- Strong problem-solving ability — you figure things out
- Self-directed, detail-oriented, and collaborative
- Background in drafting, construction, or engineering (degree or equivalent experience)
- Familiarity with agricultural or light commercial construction is a plus
